BREMERTON -- Edmonds men's hoops made it look easy in a 90-54 rout of Olympic College on January 31. Chris Lee had 13 of his 15 points in the first half as Edmonds built a 19-point advantage at halftime. Every Triton player saw action as the team shot a blistering 54% from the field. Jack Sims scored 13 and Adonai Daniel hit double-digits with 10 points.
The first half of region play has come to a close, and Edmonds is part of a major logjam in the standings. This has become the norm the past few years in the ultra-competitive North Region. Edmonds is 4-3, tied with Everett in second place just a half game behind Peninsula and Shoreline (both 5-2). Skagit Valley, Bellevue, and Whatcom are all still in contention with identical 3-4 marks.
Rival Everett comes to Seaview Gym on Wednesday, February 7 in a "T" trophy matchup at 7 p.m.
