SHORELINE -- Edmonds men's hoops suffered a heartbreaking loss at Shoreline on Thursday night, 73-71. Dolphin free throws in the final minute secured the victory. The game was evenly matched throughout, but the Dolphins were better in one key statistic -- turnovers. Shoreline had 6 and forced 15 of the Tritons. Chris Lee paced the team with 19 points; Josiah Pierre added 14 points and 9 rebounds.
Edmonds is now 11-7 overall and 1-2 in the North. They will look to bounce back at home against top-ranked Skagit Valley (17-0, 2-0) on Saturday at 4 p.m.
